A total remake of my Art Deco GUI entry.

this dark blind is at much at home against a light background as a dark one! Designed to be easy on the eyes, yet stylish and capture the look and feel of the Art Deco period where ornamentation and clean lines were artfully combined.

The glassy version of the blind leans more in the "masculine" direction with bolder colors and less ornamentation whereas the LacqeRed version has softly rounded frames and pinkish frosted accents with a little more ornamentation.

Both blinds are optimized for WB 5&6, and should work well on earlier versions, although the transparencies will not be available, and are Vista ready.
